Damaged or Incorrect Products:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we assure you a free replacement or refund. Please contact us at sharxsolutions@gmail.com, providing your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the item(s) and packaging.

Upon approval of your return, we will furnish you with instructions on how to proceed with your replacement or refund. It's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once they are in the carrier's possession.
